Delete your Wufli account

You can delete your Wufli account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how, for the Wufli app on iOS and Android.
In the app
- Open Wufli and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@wufli.app from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Wufli account”. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details
- Your dogs’ profiles, photos, documents and health records
- Your likes, matches and messages
What may be kept
Only records the law requires us to keep, for the period it sets. Purchase records for Wufli Plus are held by the App Store or Google Play under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Wufli Plus subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not billed again.
