Privacy Policy
This is a draft for the upcoming Wufli app and may change before launch. Questions: support@wufli.app.
1. Data we collect
Account: name, email and age confirmation. Dogs: name, breed, age, sex, size, photos, description, intent and, if you choose, documents and health records. Usage: likes, matches and messages. Location: only the area you enter or, with your permission, an approximate location.
2. How we use it
To show compatible profiles, create matches, enable conversations, keep the community safe (moderation, fraud and spam prevention) and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not track you across apps for advertising.
3. What other people see
Your dog’s profile, your first name and an approximate distance. We never show your address, exact location, email or document files. For documents, others only see the name and status (for example, "Submitted").
4. Sharing
With providers that run the service (hosting, storage, email and purchase processing by the app stores), under contract and only as needed, and with authorities when required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account in the app, we delete your profile, dogs, photos, documents, matches and messages, except records the law requires us to keep for a set period.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and withdraw consent (such as location) at any time. Requests: support@wufli.app.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections, private storage for document photos and per-user access control. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you and the authorities of any relevant incident.
8. This website and the launch waitlist
wufli.app does not use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
If you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address, the date you joined, the version of the consent you accepted and the country your request came from (as reported by our hosting provider). We use it only to tell you when Wufli launches.
To block automated signups, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals from your browser for that purpose only.
You can remove your email at any time on the Support page, through the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by writing to us. We delete the list once launch announcements are over.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived technical logs to deliver and protect it.
